Shipping Policy

We want your little blue guardian to reach you quickly and safely. Here's how we handle shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Lebanon only. (More destinations may be coming, keep an eye out!)

Shipping Cost

Free delivery on orders of $45 or more.

Under $45, it's a flat $4 fee, anywhere in Lebanon. Simple as that.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we prepare and dispatch it as quickly as we can. You'll be contacted with any updates along the way.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. If you spot a mistake, message us right away at kharzezarkashop@gmail.com or DM @kharzezarka and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.
