Welcome to Kharze Zarka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kharzezarka.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Kharze Zarka is a Lebanon-based brand offering evil-eye (nazar) inspired jewelry, accessories, and home decor. You can reach us at kharzezarkashop@gmail.com.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding.

4. Products

We do our best to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Because our items are made from a blend of materials and some are handmade or hand-finished, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance are natural and to be expected — they're part of what makes each piece unique.

5. Shipping

We ship across Lebanon for a flat $4 fee, free on orders of $45 or more, with estimated delivery of 2–4 working days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns, Replacements & Guarantee

We offer replacements and returns within a 30-day window, and a 1-year guarantee on quality — against tarnishing and discoloration under normal wear — on all items. The guarantee does not cover breakage, clasp or fastening failure, accidental damage, or misuse. Please see our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy for full details and eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our brand name, logo, product names, images, and text — is the property of Kharze Zarka and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kharze Zarka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our jewelry is intended as decorative accessories; the symbolism associated with the evil eye is cultural and traditional in nature.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
